What should I do first with the MARC Wizard?

and download as many clean, full MARC records as you need.
I want to get my existing MARC records cleaned up, where do I begin?
We strongly recommend if you have brief or incomplete MARC records that you begin
with:

This data service will help you quickly convert your brief records into high-quality,
complete MARC records. -
MARC Mechanic Express
Once you have used Magic Recon to fill in brief records, then
run our catalog
clean-up service Mechanic Express to clean, update, standardize
and enhance your entire database.
Note: MARC Mechanic Express will not work on brief records!
Now that my catalog is clean, what else can MARC Wizard do for me?
Run new records from vendors or other outside sources through
MARC Firewall. MARC Firewall
